Primary Conference Carnivals

- Student arrival time: 8:15 am
- School registration: 8:30 am
- Warm up commences: 8:45 am
- Marshal first event: 9:00 am
- First race commences at: 9:15 am
- Finish Time: Approximately 2:30 pm
- Event Order: Click here for the event order. Please note, event start times listed are a guide only. Wherever possible, events shall be held in the sequence indicated. The Carnival Manager reserves the right to alter the order of events if deemed necessary.
- Results: Medals will be provided to 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall place-getters in each event not per heat. Results will be available via a QR code on the day or be clicking here

- Entry:
- Students – access via gate 4 – Refer to parking map
- Parents and spectator fee – access via reception – $3 approx (Eftpos only)

- Food Outlets: Students are only allowed to use the Café @ Sutherland Leisure Centre under teacher or parent/carer supervision. The Café @ SLC is under lease and accepts cash/card for payment
- Warm Up Procedures: Click here for the warm up procedure. Utility pool and inside pool not available for warm up
- Event Procedures: Parents and Coaches are not to be on the pool deck or in the marshal area at any time

PROGRESSIONS
- 6 swimmers from each event will be selected to represent SCS at the NSWCPS Swimming Championships to be held on Wednesday 2 April 2025 at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. Progressions into this event will be posted below following the Carnival.
Note:- The top 4 swimmers from each event will automatically qualify.
- The final 2 positions will be determined by SCS Sport post-event, taking into account the unlikely event of any extraordinary circumstances.
