What is  Table Tennis

Table tennis is considered a racket sport originating from tennis but is different by its playing surface being a table rather than a court.

Why Table Tennis

Table Tennis gives a full-body workout and helps improve your hand-eye coordination and reflexes.  Play is fast, requiring quick reaction and constant attention

Olympic Sport

Table Tennnis is an Olympic sport. By providing this opportunity, students may grow a love for the game and pursue further representation.

Fun Fact

Table tennis was invented as an after-dinner alternative to lawn tennis, using whatever they could find as equipment. A line of books would often be the net, the rounded top of a cork would be the ball and occasionally a metal box lid would be a racket.

Term 3 – October Holiday Camp

The holiday camps are the ultimate blend of fun and learning, offering action-packed days filled with thrilling activities and dynamic techniques. This camp guarantees an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Over the course of the camp participants will learn to play Table Tennis with bat and ball equipment

  • Agility, Basic elements, Footwork, Technical drills
  • Focus on Strategy and tactics
  • Match strategy and tactics, Playing matches
